Psychological safety at work means people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, and disagree with the way things are. Creating ideas that make a real difference — and the value of work as a whole — depends on it.

Psychological safety is always in motion within the brain and it lies on a spectrum.

When we don’t feel psychologically safe, learning, growth, and development can be blocked, either temporarily or habitually. We’re also likely to be in fight-or-flight mode. Being in this state repeatedly can wreak havoc on our health — physical, mental, and performative.

Conversely, when we do feel psychologically safe, we’re likely to be in rest-and-digest mode. Being in this state repeatedly optimizes our health.

This free resource explains more about psychological safety and how organizations can influence and integrate the practice.

When a new learning opportunity is launched at an organization, the hope is for it to have great success in regards to retention and change in behavior.

This resource explains best practices to help you build an end-to-end support structure for successful learning launches.

In particular, it speaks to microlearning video launches. “Microlearning” means learning is delivered via short pieces of content. Short segments are not only efficient, they have stronger impact on retention and behavior.

The best practices explained here will help you achieve the most successful outcome for your organization.
